“La verdadera comunicación no comienza hablando
sino escuchando.

“True communication does not begin by speaking
but by listening. The main condition of a good communicator is
knowing how to listen.”
—Mario Kaplún

As a visual chronicler, I work with the utmost respect for people, being aware that each situation implies the process of finding the balance between being an observer and a participant. My purpose is to document from a close angle by seeking the trust of people around me, so that they can continue to be themselves. I am interested in feminism and care, so I work hard to make sure there is empathy, respect and dedication in my listening. Which may then be turned into intimate and natural images so that I can also show the enjoyment and passion for what I do.

I am an independent professional in photography and video making, specializing in visual chronicles of events. After 4 years at the Seville School of Architecture, I spent another 4 years in London, studying photography at the University of the Arts and working as a CAD technician for the NHS. Between 2010 and 2020 I lived in Madrid, city in which I developed most of my freelancing activity. Since July 2020, I live with my family in a rural area of Asturias.

ZEMOS98 remain as one of my most usual clients, since I started working with them back in 2009. Over the past few years, I’ve also been working with: Daniel & Nina Carasso’s Foundation, European Cultural Foundation, European Municipalist Network, EuroCrowd, Banco Santander Foundation, Goteo, Panenka Magazine, Paisaje Transversal, Platoniq… More recently joined the list: Asociación Asperger Asturias, Raposu Roxu, Conseyu de la Mocedá d’Uvieu, Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT Europe) or DisCO.coop (Distributed Coopertatives for Radical Workplace Democracy). Also, since August 2025, I do remote video editing for OCS (Olympic Channel Services).
